At SKNHABIT, our policies are in place to respect your time, our providers, and the intentional experience we’ve created within our skin wellness studio.

Skin Treatment Policies

Contraindications

Certain treatments may not be appropriate if you are using specific medications, retinoids, antibiotics, or have medical conditions.

  • Please disclose all relevant health information during your consultation.

  • Failure to disclose may result in adverse reactions for which SKNHABIT is not liable.

Results Disclaimer

Every client’s skin is unique.

  • Results vary based on skin type, lifestyle, consistency, and home care compliance.

  • SKNHABIT does not guarantee specific outcomes but provides professional guidance to support your goals.

Appointment Policies

Booking + Payment

  • All appointments require a valid credit card on file.

  • Some services may require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking.

  • Deposits, when required, are applied toward your total at checkout.

  • By booking, you authorize SKNHABIT to charge the card on file in accordance with our policies.

Cancellation Policy

We understand life happens — however, last-minute changes impact our ability to serve all clients.

  • Cancellations or reschedules made less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in a 50% service fee.

  • No-call, no-shows will be charged 100% of the service total.

  • Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances.

Late Arrivals

To ensure a seamless experience for all guests:

  • Please arrive 5–10 minutes early.

  • Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may result in a shortened service.

  • Arrivals of 15 minutes or more may require rescheduling and will be subject to the 50% cancellation fee.

Health & Wellness Policy

For the safety of our clients and staff:

  • Please reschedule if you are experiencing cold, flu, fever, contagious illness, or active cold sores.

  • SKNHABIT reserves the right to refuse service if a client arrives visibly ill and apply the applicable cancellation fee.

Children & Guests

To preserve the studio’s ambiance and ensure safety:

  • Additional guests and children are not permitted unless approved in advance.

Refunds & Retail

  • All service fees, deposits, and gift cards are non-refundable.

  • Skincare and retail purchases are final once opened.

  • Unopened products may be exchanged within 14 days with proof of purchase.
