At SKNHABIT, we value your time, our time, and the intentional space we’ve created for your experience. These policies ensure the best possible service and allow us to maintain a calm, consistent, and respectful environment for all clients.

APPOINTMENT POLICIES

Booking + Deposits

• All appointments require a valid card on file.
• Some services may require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking.
• Deposits are applied toward your total at the end of the service.

Cancellation Policy

We understand life happens — but cancellations impact the studio schedule.
• Cancellations or reschedules made less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in a 50% service fee.
• No-call, no-shows will be charged 100% of the service total.
• Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances.

Late Arrivals

Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to settle in.
• Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may have services shortened to keep the schedule on time.
• Clients arriving 15 minutes late or more may need to be rescheduled and will be charged the 50% cancellation fee.

Sick Policy

If you are experiencing cold/flu symptoms, fever, contagious illness, or active cold sores, please reschedule.
For health and safety, SKNHABIT reserves the right to refuse service and apply a cancellation fee if a client arrives visibly ill.

Children & Guests

To protect the ambiance of the studio and maintain safety, additional guests and children are not permitted unless approved in advance.

Refunds

• SKNHABIT does not offer refunds on services, deposits, or gift cards.
• Skincare and retail products may be exchanged only if unopened and returned within 14 days.

Contraindications

Some services may not be suitable if you are using certain medications, retinoids, antibiotics, or have specific medical conditions.
Please disclose all relevant health information during your consultation.
