Do you accept walk-ins?

SKNHABIT operates by appointment only to ensure every client receives a personalized, unrushed experience. Walk-in availability is not guaranteed. Please book online prior to visiting.

Do I need a credit card to book?

Yes. A valid credit card is required to reserve all appointments. Your card will only be charged in accordance with our cancellation and no-show policy.

What is your cancellation policy?

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or reschedules. Appointments cancelled within 24 hours are subject to a 50% service fee. No-call, no-shows are charged 100%.

Can I book same-day appointments?

Yes, when available. Same-day openings will always appear in our online booking system and may occasionally be shared on our social media.

What happens if I’m running late?

To respect all scheduled clients, arrivals more than 10 minutes late may result in shortened services. Arrivals of 15 minutes or more may require rescheduling and will be subject to our cancellation policy.

Do you allow guests or children at SKNHABIT?

To preserve our calm, luxury environment, additional guests and children are not permitted unless approved in advance.

What if I’m feeling sick?

For everyone’s safety, please reschedule if you are experiencing cold, flu, fever, contagious illness, or active cold sores. We reserve the right to refuse service if a client arrives visibly ill.

Do you offer refunds?

All service fees, deposits, and gift cards are non-refundable. Skincare products are final sale once opened. Unopened products may be exchanged within 14 days with proof of purchase.

How should I prepare for my first appointment at SKNHABIT?

Please arrive 5–10 minutes early, complete all intake forms in advance, and arrive with clean skin whenever possible. Specific pre-care instructions may be provided for certain services.

Can I receive treatments while using prescription skincare or medications?

Some treatments may not be suitable if you are using retinoids, antibiotics, or certain medications. Please disclose all products and medications during your consultation so we can customize your treatment safely.

How often should I get facials?

For optimal results, we recommend professional treatments every 4–6 weeks, along with a consistent at-home routine. Your provider will create a personalized plan based on your skin goals.
